What you will be doing
- Managing a portfolio of IAM engagements with clients, ensuring quality, time, and budget targets are met.
- Collaborating with prospective clients to define, scope, and plan engagement delivery phases.
- Driving market development for IAM across sectors, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting proposal creation.
- Leading and developing team members through knowledge sharing, mentorship, and coaching.
- Creating thought leadership and market materials to promote EY Cyber and IAM Security offerings.
What you will bring
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Consulting and/or High-Tech industry.
- At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Process definition, workflow design, and Segregation of Duties mapping.
- Lifecycle and governance, federation, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, network access control, privileged account management, and key encryption.
- User provisioning, identity management solutions, including design or implementation of user provisioning technologies (e.g., AD/Azure AD, SailPoint, Saviynt, One Identity, Micro Focus, Ping Identity, Okta).
- Role-based access control, including design and development of user access roles.
- Directory services products, including design or implementation (e.g., AD/Azure AD).
- Experience with domain migrations and consolidations, particularly in Merger and Acquisition projects.
- Deployment experience with MS O365.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English. Proficiency in another foreign language is advantageous.
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, CIAM, CAMS, CIMP, CIGE, CISSP) are nice to have;
- Microsoft Certifications are nice to have.
- Agile methodology/Scrum Master certifications are nice to have.
