Hexa Group is committed in respecting the privacy of all its users. Therefore, we have developed the following Privacy Policy, so that you are properly informed of your rights about how your personal information is treated and stored.

1. In what cases, what information do we collect about you?

1.1 Our website may at any time be consulted and viewed without the need for any personal information.

1.2 However, if you wish to submit your resume in order to integrate any of our recruitment processes, you must provide us with your personal information.

1.3 Your personal information is provided by you, through the registration made available on our website and the submission of your CV and/or LinkedIn profile.

1.4 To apply for a job offer on our site, you must be over 18 years of age, by doing so you are automatically assumed to be of legal age.

1.5 However, to be able to continue in the recruitment process, you will have to provide us with more data, such as:

1.6 All this data that you provide is entered into our computer system, where it is automatically processed and stored.1.7 It should also be noted that we never collect your personal information without your explicit consent. 2. For what purposes are we processing your personal data?

The main purpose of collecting your data is to enable, us, HEXA GROUP to perform work finding services, both with us and with third parties that have potential interest.

2.1 As we have already mentioned, this Privacy Statement has as its main purpose, to assure our users, of our Security and Privacy conditions, and that the data will only be requested and collected as strictly necessary to provide our services.

2.3 You may also contact us, requesting that they be deleted or that there is a limitation to the treatment of them.

Therefore, if you are no longer interested in having your data stored with us for the above-mentioned purposes, please contact us to delete them. Likewise, if the data is no longer useful for the purposes proposed, we will delete them.
