What you will be doing
- Supervising infrastructure maintenance utilizing standardized procedures and automated tools.
- Managing provisioning and maintenance across all areas to ensure appropriate network solutions and controls within the infrastructure environment.
- Contributing to infrastructure and business projects to determine the most efficient network architecture.
- Leading the upkeep of network solutions to facilitate the effective management of business and technical requirements.
- Generating detailed Low-Level Design documentation and coordinating with other team members accordingly.
- Overseeing 3rd party suppliers to ensure operational effectiveness and influencing design decisions for maximum business benefit from the network infrastructure.
- Handling operational vendor relationships.
- Developing test plans.
- Providing second-line support for network infrastructure (Data Centers and offices).
What you will bring
- Possessing an Engineering Degree.
- Demonstrating at least 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles.
- Holding certification in Juniper JNCIP or Cisco CCNP (CCNA may be considered).
- Having an understanding of Data Center Infrastructure.
- Experience in MPLS VPN design and implementation.
- Embracing a security-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in network trace analysis in critical and complex environments.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience with Change Management processes (ITIL).
