What you will be doing
- Implement, develop, and configure SuccessFactors solutions for a diverse client base.
- Conceptualize the technical integration of SuccessFactors within customers' system landscapes.
- Control and support test cycles and rollout phases.
- Identify and understand customer requirements.
- Deliver quality client service, analyze complex problems, and provide insightful solutions.
- Participate in Sales and Presales activities.
- Manage work against project plans to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Understand client business needs, sector trends, and leading practices.
- Diagnose and analyze problems to develop effective client solutions.
- Present ideas clearly and confidently to team members and clients.
- Interact effectively with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Contribute to team productivity and motivation through effective communication and cooperation.
What you will bring
- Academic degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 6 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, PMGM, and/or LMS, primarily in a consulting environment.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central Payroll or PMGM.
- Strong interest in technology and its application in business processes.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
